Keep Refrigerated- Tenderize each side of the meat 2 times with a Jaccard Seasoning. Baste or marinate for 12 to 24 hours in an acidic marinade in the refrigerator. Grill 4" above medium heat (375 degree surface temperature is ideal). Cook for 9-10 min/side to 135 degree internal temperature. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
