Preparation Instructions

1. Heat non-stick or heavy skillet 2 to 3 minutes over Medium-High heat. This is a non-fat method: do not add oil. (Non-stick spray may be used in regular skillets). 2. Season steak as desired (or after cooking if herb/slice will burn). 3. Cook 1 min/side for Medium-Rare. Do not overcook. Remove steaks. 4. Prepare sauce, if desired. Option Pan fry.
