    Ingredients

    Broccoli, Carrots, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Salt, Garlic Powder, Spices, Rice Extract, Xanthan Gum.
  • Microwave (Recommended Method) 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave wattage (wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave.
