Driven by passion and respect for tradition, five father and son generations of the Lenoir family have succeeded to craft this fine Macon-Villages, authentic of Chardonnay in burgundy. 2017. Grape: 100% Unoaked chardonnay. Testing notes: dry and crips, this Macon-villages displays a fine bouquet of white fruits (peach, pear) with notes of honeysuckle. Food Pairing: Sauteed chicken, grilled salmon, mussels and goat cheese.
