Description

Varying in shape from long and slender to somewhat round, mangoes taste sweet and slightly tart, with hints of peach, coconut and vanilla. Their smooth, thick skin is a vibrant mix of red, yellow and green. Cut around the flat center pit and make some homemade ceviche, or blend up some chunks for a lip-smacking smoothie.
