About Ezra Coffee
Founded by Jessica Taylor in 2021 in Dallas, Texas, Ezra Coffee originally started out as a passion project, when Jessica’s sister developed a nut and soy allergy, on top of already being lactose-intolerant. Jessica began experimenting with roasting and flavoring beans to help her sister find an alternative to milk-based coffee drinks. After rounds of testing, burnt beans, tastings and surveys, Ezra Coffee launched with six blends, ranging from light to dark, with three flavored blends. Today, Jessica works to ensure that Ezra Coffee not only highlights events and individuals within our collective American history through its blend names, but also serves as a vehicle to uplift the community.
