By working with the top growers in the state selecting the varietals best suited for texas and adhering to exacting standards in the winery duchman family winery has consistently produced top level wines from our home in driftwood texas. Winemaker dave reilly is relentless in his pursuit of wines that are true to the character of the each varietal as well as to the soil from which they were born. Wine canto felice is a non-vintage semi-sweet proprietary red blend. Primarily Sangiovese the blend varies from year to year to ensure consistency. Winemakers notes canto felice is the life of the party. The one and only criteria for creating canto felice was to make an incredibly fun and enjoyable wine. We are confident that we have succeeded. A bridge between sweet and dry wine drinkers a common point between white and red drinkers a place to put aside pretension and serious wine faces and simply drink a wine that tastes like a happy song.
