  • Use and Care: Wash before first use. Can be used on all cooktops, including induction, electric coil, gas and ceramic. Can also be used in oven and on grill. Cookware will be hot during use, use oven mitts to protect your hands. To avoid scratches on ceramic cooktop, do not slide. Instead, lift pan using oven mitts. Use a trivet or surface protector when placing hot cookware on table or countertop. Do not place hot cookware in cool water as it will warp the cookware. Allow to cool prior to cleaning. Hand wash only with non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Be sure to allow cookware to dry completely before storing. Do not soak cookware in water. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher. This cookware is pre-seasoned.

If you need to season again:

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

    2. Wipe a thin layer of vegetable oil all over cookware using a paper towel.

    3. Place cookware in hot oven for one hour. Turn off oven and allow pan to cool in place.

    4. Once cool, remove from oven. Wipe with paper towel to remove any excess oil. The pan is ready to be used or stored between uses.
