  • You Will Need: Mix Packet (Included) 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) Butter, Room Temperature 3 Large Eggs, Room Temperature Chocolate Packet (Included) ¼ Cup Heavy Cream Salt Packet (Included) Directions: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease 8"x 8" baking pan. Brownie: Combine mix packet and room temperature butter using electric mixer. Beat on medium-low speed until mixture looks crumbly. Add eggs one at a time, beating on medium speed between each addition, until batter is uniform. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until center of brownie is just set. Let brownies cool to room temperature. Frosting: Once brownies have cooled to room temperature, prepare frosting. Empty chocolate packet in microwave-safe bowl with heavy cream and microwave on high for 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely smooth. Pour warm chocolate over cooled brownie and spread evenly over surface. Sprinkle salt packet over warm chocolate and refrigerate to set, about 15 minutes. Slice brownies into squares to serve. Baking Tip: Brownies in metal baking dishes may cook faster than glass baking dishes. If using metal, check brownies 5 minutes early to avoid over-baking.
