  • Fresh Hints: When picking peaches, look for the right ripeness - the reddish blush doesn't necessarily mean they're ripe, that's just a variation. They should give slightly when pressed and have a mild fragrance. Don't choose if green around the stem; they were picked too early. Hand wash only. To slice, place peach stem-side down on the raised platform of the base. Align peach so the side seams point at the two cut-outs in the base wall.
