Description
The Prequel Red Wine embraces unconstrained winemaking, capturing the best of Sonoma County in each blend. The current blend is comprised of 85% Syrah and 15% Petite Syrah from select vineyards. The result is a luscious, deep inky purple red wine with supple tannins and a velvety, lingering finish. This round, full bodied and incredibly creamy red wine exudes aromas of lavender, blueberry and bacon smoke. Flavors of forest fruits, black pepper and toasted oak. Pair with pizza, BBQ ribs, wings and sausages.
