Description
The Neropasso is obtained using partially dried grapes, known as appassimento. The appassimento method dates back to Roman times and is when grapes are dried before being crushed. The wine is intense ruby red tending to garnet with ageing. Bouquet: spicy with hints of cherry, black cherry and plum compote.
