16 H-E-B White Corn Tortillas, cut into 1/2-inch strips
16 Oz H-E-B Thick N Chunky Salsa, hot
10 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 H-E-B Fully Cooked Natural Grilled Breast Fillet, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 4/5 Oz H-E-B French Fried Onions
8 Oz H-E-B Shredded Jalapeño Jack
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Spray 9x13-inch microwave safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Evenly spread 1/2 of tortilla strips in prepared baking dish; set aside.

Combine salsa, mushroom soup, chicken, 1 cup of fried onions and 1 cup of shredded cheese and in medium size bowl. Season chicken mixture with salt and pepper or fajita seasoning. Evenly spread chicken mixture over tortilla strips. Top with remaining tortilla strips.

Cover casserole with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.

Remove plastic wrap and bake uncovered in oven for 10 minutes.

Remove casserole from oven and top with remaining cheese and fried onions and bake for 5 more minutes or until casserole is bubbly throughout (165°F-center internal temperature).

Allow casserole to cool 10 minutes before serving.
