Holiday Brie With Fruit & Nuts

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp light brown sugar
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) Anjou pears, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) pecan pieces, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) dried cranberries
1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 Oz H-E-B Artisan Brie cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Blend brown sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.

Add pear, pecans and cranberries; stir gently to mix.

Drizzle with butter and stir until just moistened.

Split brie in half horizontally and remove top.

Place bottom half in a small baking pan, cut-side up; spread evenly with half of pear mixture.

Lay top half of brie over bottom half, rind-side up; spoon remaining pear mixture over top.

Bake 9-12 minutes or until cheese is soft and just begins to melt; remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.

Serve warm brie on a plate with apple and pear wedges and assorted crackers.
