10 H-E-B Ready to Cook Tortillas, cut into strips
2 cup(s) canola oil, for frying
3/4 cup(s) granualted sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup(s) Oh My Ganache!, melted
1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Pt Central Market Saigon Cinnamon Ice Cream

Instructions

Cut tortillas into strips.

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium.

Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Fry tortilla strips in batches turning frequently with tongs until golden brown, then remove and drain on a sheet pan or plate lined with paper towels.

Sprinkle or toss hot buñuelo strips with cinnamon sugar.

Combine cream, ganache and cayenne pepper together in a microwavable bowl. Cook for 20 second intervals until melted and smooth.,

To make the dessert, place buñuelo strips in bottom of bowl. Spoon ice-cream on top, then drizzle with ganache. Serve immediately.
