I forgot my password. What should I do?
To reset your password from a computer or mobile browser:
From the login screen, select "Forgot your password?"
Enter your email address, then select "Send Email" or "Submit."
As we improve our website, you'll see one of two different types of password reset steps at this point. Please follow the steps according to what you see on your screen.
If you see a confirmation letting you know a reset email has been sent:
You will receive an email with a link to update your password. (If you don't see this email, check your spam or junk mail folders.)
Select the link in the email, then follow the steps to create a new password.
You can now use your new password to log in.
If you see a screen asking for a verification code:
You will receive an email with a verification code. (If you don't see this email, check your spam or junk mail folders.) This code is not your new password. It is used to verify your identity.
Go back to the screen asking for your verification code on HEB.com and enter the verification code from your email.
Once you’ve entered the code, you’ll see an option to create a new password. If you've forgotten your password, you'll want to create a new one at this point. If you know your password and don't want to reset it, you can select "skip password reset."
