How do I submit a request to access, correct, and/or delete my personal data?

As a Texas resident, you have the right to submit data requests from companies that offer services for you to use.

These requests are:

• Access Request: This is a request to receive a report of the personal information H-E-B collects, uses and shares about you for the last 3 years.

• Correction Request: This is a request to correct personal information that H-E-B has about you.

• Deletion Request: This is a request to delete the personal information that H-E-B has about you.

• Opt-out of Sale/Targeted Advertising/Profiling: This is a request to opt out of activities such as targeted advertising, sale of personal data or profiling.
