Himalayan Salt Block

To Cook: Heat the slab at approximately 500°F for 30 minutes in an oven or on a grill.  Once heated, cook food directly on the slab.  Ideal for cooking vegetables, meats, seafood and just about anything else you enjoy making with a hint of salt.

To Serve: At room temperature, the blocks are perfect for serving sushi and sashimi.  Cool in the refrigerator or freezer, to use as gorgeous serving platter for fruits and veggies, cheeses or desserts—great for entertaining guests!
