2 Lb H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef
2 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning
6 Oz H-E-B Sliced 2% Sharp Cheddar, cut each in half diagonally
12 wheat sliders mini sandwich buns

Instructions

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.

Combine ground beef and steak seasoning in a bowl and shape into 12 small patties.

Place on a foil lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Place prepared patties on a grilling mesh to prevent them from falling through the grill grate.

Grill on each side 2 - 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F or juices run clear.

Top each patty with a triangle of cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
