1 Tbsp H‑E‑B Cold Pressed Canola Oil with Garlic Flavor
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes
15 Oz Great Northern Beans, rinsed and draind
10 .7000 Oz zucchini spirals
3 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil Herb Blend
1/2 cup(s) Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds Vegan Cheese

Instructions

Put oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in cherry tomatoes and white beans. Sauté until tomato skins begin to blister.

Then add in zucchini spirals and basil. Cook just until spirals begin to soften. Remove from skillet and divide evenly into 2 bowls. Top with cheese and serve.
