Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
18 1/4 Oz yellow cake mix
12 Oz lemon-lime soda
1/4 cup(s) canola oil
3 large large eggs
1 lemon, zested
1 1/4 Tsp pure vanilla exract
1/2 Tsp orange extract
1 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray, and set aside.

Combine cake mix, soda, oil and eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in lemon zest, extracts and blueberries.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool cake in pan 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool cake completely on rack.

Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice and reserved vanilla extract in a small bowl. Beat with a fork until smooth. Pour or drizzle glaze over cake.
