Za'atar Chicken Tacos with Curried Slaw

1 Lb H-E-B Extra Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
1 Tbsp Adam's Reserve Za'atar Seasoning
1 cup(s) red cabbage, shredded
1 cup(s) romaine lettuce, shredded
1 medium green apple, julienned
1 Tsp garam masala
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
8 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Season chicken with olive oil and za'atar seasoning.

Grill for 3 minutes per side, a little longer for thicker pieces, then remove from heat.

To make the slaw; combine cabbage, romaine, and apples together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl combine garam masala honey, lemon juice and remaining olive oil. Mix well and toss with slaw mixture.

Lightly grill tortillas if desired, then cut chicken and fill tortillas with chicken and slaw.
