Recipe makes 12 Servings

17 1/2 Oz chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 eggs
32 Oz H-E-B Creamy Creations Slow Churned Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream
8 Oz candy coating
4 1/4 Oz Wilton White Decorating Icing
8 Oz maraschino cherries

Heat oven to 375°F.
Set 2 cookie sheets aside.
Prepare cookie mix according to package directions with butter and egg.
Drop rounded tablespoonful of cookie dough two inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake on center oven rack for 8-9 minutes.
Cool 12 cookies in freezer on sheet pan for 30 minutes.
Place one scoop of ice cream on top of each cookie and return to freezer for 30 minutes.
Prepare chocolate candy coating according to package directions.
Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of melted chocolate coating over each ice cream delight. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
Decorate using Wilton decorating icing tubes.
Top with a cherry and serve.
