Recipe makes 8 Servings

16 Oz Farmland Ham Cubes
28 Oz homestyle baked beans
14 1/2 Oz diced tomatoes and green chilies
15 Oz cut green beans, drained
1 cup(s) instant long grain rice
1/2 cup(s) diced white onions
1 cup(s) 2% shredded sharp cheddar

Combine ham, baked beans, diced tomatoes and chiles, green beans, instant rice, onions, and 1 cup water in a 9 x 13-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Cover stew with plastic wrap and microwave on high power to 6 minutes, stirring every minute during heating time until rice is tender.
Top stew with shredded cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
**Option for Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the ingredients (same as above) in an oven safe casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender. Top with cheese, if desired.
