Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 cup(s) white chocolate chips
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
1 vanilla instant pudding
12 fl oz whole milk
6 Oz blueberries, washed
6 Oz blackberries, washed
2 Tbsp apricot jelly
1 Tbsp Montana Mex Sweet Salt
4 Oz non-fat Greek yogurt
2 cup(s) Nabisco Nilla Wafers
3 Oz sliced almonds, toasted

In a microwave safe dish melt white chocolate chips in 30 second bursts in the microwave until melted.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip melted white chocolate with softened cream cheese.
In a new mixing bowl using a whisk, combine pudding with milk.
As pudding mixture thickens add cream cheese mixture and fold until combined.
Chill 10 to 15 minutes.
In a new bowl combine berries with apricot jelly and Montana Mex Sweet Salt and set aside.
Remove pudding mixture from fridge and fold in yogurt.
In a high sided serving dish layer wafers, pudding mixture, fruit mixture and toasted almonds.
Top with remaining fruit and almonds.
