16 Oz breakfast sausage
1 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
1 cup(s) celery, chopped
1 cup(s) parsley, chopped
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp Ground Sage Leaf
4 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread, cubed
1 cup(s) H-E-B Dried Classic Mixed Fruit, chopped
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces
1 1/2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Heat oven to 325°F.
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently until crumbly and crusty brown.
Add onion, celery, parsley, mushrooms and sage and continue to cook mixture for 3 minutes until onion is clear. Remove mixture from heat.
Combine bread cubes, chopped dried fruit, pecan pieces, cooked sausage mixture and chicken broth in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and fill with prepared stuffing.
Bake for 35 minutes; uncover, and bake 5 more minutes.
