Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb Italian sausage
15 1/2 Oz marinara sauce, or other pasta sauce or your choosing)
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Power Greens, chopped
3/4 cup(s) water
24 Oz H-E-B Raviolini Basil & Cheese, or flavor of your choice
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Heat a large skillet over medium high, add oil and sausage to pan.
Cook sausage thoroughly until nicely browned, breaking apart chunks with a spoon as it cooks.
Add sauce, greens and water. Bring to a simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add pasta to pan. Toss to coat and cover with a lid. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes to heat ravioli through.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
