Weeknight Bone-In Pork Chop

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 Oz H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning Spice Blend
4 H-E-B Intensly Sweet Corn
12 Oz H-E-B Center Cut Bacon, slices cut in half
1/4 cup(s) diced sweet onion
10 Oz asparagus in steamable bag

Season pork chops with steak seasoning on both sides and set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook bacon and onions until they begin to brown. Once they are starting to crisp, add corn and reduce heat to medium low and stir occasionally.
While corn simmers, cook pork chops on an outdoor grill for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides. Remove and cover with foil and set aside.
Using a knife, remove corn from cob.
Follow microwave instructions for asparagus and serve with corn and pork chops
