Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 personal watermelon, diced into 1-inch cubes
2 nectarines, diced or sliced thinly
1/4 cup(s) fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup(s) lime, juiced
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp Mi Tienda Orange Pepper Seasoning, plus more as needed to taste
1 cup(s) IL Villaggio Ricotta Salata, shaved thinly

In a large bowl, combine watermelon, nectarines, mint. Toss gently to combine.

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, honey and orange pepper seasoning, whisk and pour over watermelon salad.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, garnish each salad with shaved ricotta salata.
