1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Reduced Fat Whipped Cream Cheese
2 Lb watermelon, cut into 1 inch thick rounds
1 cup(s) strawberries, diced
1/2 cup(s) raspberries
1/2 cup(s) blueberries
1/4 cup(s) mint leaves, roughly chopped
1/4 cup(s) basil, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp Fini Balsamic Reduction with fig

Combine yogurt and whipped cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth.
Lightly pat one side of each watermelon round with a paper towel. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese yogurt mixture on each round.
Evenly distribute fruit and herbs over the top of the yogurt. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and refrigerate rounds for 30 minutes before cutting.
Cut each round into 8 individual slices and serve.
