1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B MooTopia Vanilla Milk, add more liquid if you prefer
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Old Fashioned Texas Grown Oats
1 Tbsp Central Market Organics Ground Flaxseed
2 Tsp butter, salted
1 cup(s) blackberries
1 cup(s) strawberries, quartered
1 cup(s) blueberries
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

Bring milk to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in oats and flaxseeds then cook 5 minutes until thick. Remove from heat.

Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add in berries and cinnamon and sauté briefly, just until berries release their juices. Remove from heat.

Divide oatmeal and berries evenly between two bowls and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
