16 Oz linguine pasta
1 Tbsp Bertolli Classico Olive Oil
2 garlic, peeled and chopped
16 Oz Hill Country Fare Stir-Fry Vegetables
26 Oz Bertolli Vodka Sauce
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Italian Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup(s) basil, chopped

Cook the linguine according to package directions, drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add the olive oil and chopped garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender.
Stir in the vodka sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine the hot pasta and the sauce in a large pasta bowl.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
Serve immediately.
