Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 6 second spray olive oil spray
12 H-E-B® Bake Shop® 7 Grain Flour Tortillas
3 Tbsp H-E-B Roasted Garlic Hummus
3 Tbsp olive tapenade
1 cup(s) champagne sweet tomatoes, thin sliced
6 Tbsp tomato and basil crumbled feta
1 cup(s) baby spinach, thin sliced
1 cup(s) mushrooms, thin sliced

Heat oven to 400°F.
Line baking sheet with foil, spray with no-stick spray.
Wrap tortillas in paper towel, microwave on high power for 1 minute, keep warm.
Spread each tortilla with 1/2 tablespoon each roasted garlic hummus and olive tapenade.
Arrange 4 thin tomato slices, 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese, 1 tablespoon sliced baby spinach and 4 slices mushrooms down the center of each softened tortilla.
Spray each filled tortilla with no-stick olive oil spray and roll like a taco, secure with a toothpick, and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake wraps on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until tortillas are crispy brown.
Cut each wrap in half and serve.
