Recipe makes 8 Servings

10 Oz pkg. cauliflower florets
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 jalapeno
15 1/2 Oz can of white beans, undrained
1/4 cup(s) nutritional yeast
1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk, use less for a thicker consistency
1 Tsp turmeric
12 Oz container fresh H-E-B Pico de Gallo

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in oven to heat as well.
Season cauliflower and with olive oil and garlic powder. Place in heated baking dish and bake 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Meanwhile, add white beans with their liquid to a blender along with turmeric, nutritional yeast, Bragg's and almond milk. Blend until very smooth.
Add cooked cauliflower and jalapeno then blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and stir in pico de gallo. Serve.
