1 Tbsp TX large navel oranges, zested
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
2 Tsp ground cinnamon
8 artisan country french bread, sliced
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tsp powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Medium Amber Maple Syrup, warmed

Beat egg product, orange juice, milk, sugar, zest, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.

Whisk until blended.

Arrange bread in a single layer in shallow dish.
