2 Tbsp powdered sugar, plus more as needed for sweetness
1 Spice Islands Vanilla Bean, pod split, beans scraped out and pods discarded or saved for another use
1/4 Tsp sea salt, just a pinch

In a cold bowl, add cream, sugar, vanilla bean and salt. Whip until cream is just thick enough to still drizzle but is slightly thicker.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over warm brownies, pies or use as a dip for breakfast pastries.
