Instructions

1
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray wonton wrappers on both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a large baking sheet and bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown around the edges. Set crispy wonton wrappers aside.
2
Heat skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add oil, ground pork and onions. Sauté 5 to 7 minutes until pork is fully cooked and onions soften and begin to turn light brown.
3
Roughly chop stir fry kit vegetables into smaller pieces and add to pan (reserve sauce packet) and continue stir frying vegetables and onions for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender/crisp.
4
Remove mixture from heat and add sauce packet. Stir to combine flavors and finish with fresh cilantro.
5
To serve, layer 1 crispy wonton wrapper on the bottom, then a layer of the sautéed filling, then another wonton wrapper and more filling. Finish with a wonton wrapper on top.
6
Makes a beautiful appetizer or a great light dinner.
