1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Apple Cider Vinegar Unpasteurized
1/2 cup(s) water
1 rack of H-E-B Natural Pork Baby Back Ribs
2 Tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning, plus more as needed

Instructions

Place vinegar and water into pressure cooker and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Season ribs liberally on all sides with rub, cut ribs in half and place them into pressure cooker.

Place lid on cooker and lock tight. Set pressure to high setting.

Allow to cook for 30 minutes then turn off heat and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes. Turn pressure release valve to release pressure carefully.

Remove lid carefully, place ribs on serving plate. Season to taste and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
