Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 cedar planks, soaked in water for 30 minutes
12 Oz salmon fillet
1 Tsp olive oil
1 Tsp Bolner's Fiesta Uncle Chris' Seasoning
1 small lemon, juiced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place salmon on the soaked cedar plank and season with olive oil, seasoning and lemon juice; place on preheated grill about 10 minutes with lid open then close lid for 5 minutes or until fish is tender and easily flakes with a fork.
Remove cedar plank from the grill and let stand a few minutes. To remove fillet from skin, carefully slide a spatula through the fillet just over the skin. Serve immediately.
