Recipe makes 2 Servings

4 Tbsp Central Market Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade, divided use
4 slices Rosemary Sourdough Golden Grain Bread, 2 slices per person
4 slices H-E-B Mozzarella Thin Sliced Cheese
8 Oz H-E-B Seasoned Pastrami, thinly sliced
4 large basil leaves
4 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Roasted Garlic & Herb Finishing Butter Spread
1 fl oz Central Market Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Instructions

Spread 1 tablespoon tapenade over one side of each slice of bread then add a slice of cheese to each.

Divide pastrami into 2 portions and place on top of cheese on 2 of the slices of bread. Add 2 basil leaves to each.

Place prepared bread (cheese side down) on top of basil on each sandwich.

To toast each sandwich, add 1 tablespoon finishing butter to a hot skillet. Toast sandwich until golden brown on each side, about a minute, adding butter to pan as needed.

To serve, slice sandwiches in half and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
