8 Oz unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup(s) Rustico di Casa Asaro Castelvetrano Olive Spread
1 Tbsp shallot, very finely chopped
1 Tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, very finely chopped

Instructions

In a medium bowl combine butter, olive spread, shallot and sun-dried tomatoes. Whisk together until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Leftovers will save in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or the freezer for up to 6 months.

Chef's note: This a very flexible recipe. It can be used as a finishing butter for grilled steaks, chicken, fish or pork. Also makes a great garlic bread spread or just melt into cooked pasta.
