Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 blank white onion, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
15 Oz garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
15 Oz red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
4 Tbsp reduced fat feta cheese

In a medium skillet, heat oil to medium-high 30 seconds.
Add onions and sauté 1 minute, then add garlic and continue to sauté additional 30 seconds.
Add beans, salt and pepper and reduce heat to low.
Continue to heat until warmed through. If desired, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
