Recipe makes 2 Servings

1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp sweet relish
2 Tsp apple cider vinegar
4 slices marble rye bread
4 slices roasted turkey breast
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup(s) sauerkraut, drained
1 Tbsp butter

To make dressing, whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and vinegar together in a small bowl.
Spread dressing on 1 side of each slice of bread; build each sandwich with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and top with second slice of bread.
Melt butter in a large, non-stick pan over medium-high heat.; carefully place each sandwich in pan, and cook until crisp on both sides.
