1 cup(s) Greek yogurt plain
16 fl oz coconut milk
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp McCormick Gourmet Collection Hot Madras Curry Powder
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 cup(s) H-E-B Natural Bone in Turkey Breast, pulled off the bone and diced
1/2 cup(s) pecans, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
1/2 cup(s) celery, diced
1 Asian pears, diced
1/4 cup(s) unsweetened coconut, toasted

To make dressing, whisk Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, curry powder and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
In another medium bowl, combine turkey, pecans, golden raisins, celery, pears and coconut.
