1 cup(s) dried cranberries
1 Lb lean ground turkey
1/2 Tsp dried sage
1 egg, beaten
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Heat the water in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over dried cranberries. Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Form into 4 patties

Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium flame.

Brown burgers on both side for 6 minutes each or until the juices run clear.

Remove from the pan and serve with your choice of toppings.
