Turkey Burger with Aji Amarillo Mayo

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Turkey Burgers
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar (11 oz) mayonnaise
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1 jar, H-E-B Pepper Toppers Aji Peruvian Yellow Pepper
4 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Style Rounds

Preheat grill over medium heat, 350°F.
Season patties with rub and oil your grill to prevent burgers from sticking.
Grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a small bowl, bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic and H-E-B Pepper Toppers. Set aside.
Remove burgers from grill and top each burger with Aji mayo and serve on whole wheat rounds.
Chef's note: Store Aji Mayo in mayo container and refrigerate.
