Turkey Bruschetta Pizza Dough Wrapped Slider

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 H-E-B Turkey Bruschetta Burgers, formed into approximately 2 to 4 oz. sliders
14 Oz frozen raw pizza dough, thawed to room temperature
6 H-E-B Natural Sliced Colby Jack Cheese, plus more as needed

Preheat grill to 375ºF. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Grill burgers until internal temperature reads 165ºF. Set aside to rest.
For each slider, tear off a piece of dough and roll out flat until large enough to wrap around a patty.
Place a burger in center of dough and top with a slice of cheese.
Wrap dough around burger then press and pinch dough until completely sealed.
Place wrapped burgers on a sheet pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
Top with your favorite condiments.
