Turkey Bacon Salad with Avocado

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 cup(s) leftover turkey, dark and white meat, shredded
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 Tsp H-E-B Organics Whole Grain Mustard
5 bacon slices, cooked, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely diced
4 sourdough rolls, sliced in half and toasted
4 red leafy lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced thick
1 large Hass avocado, gently smashed

In a medium sized bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, mix well.
On bottom half of bun, place lettuce then a large scoop of turkey bacon salad.
Top with a large slice of tomato and avocado.
Place top half of bun over avocado. Enjoy!
