Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 cup(s) navy beans
1 cup(s) celery, chopped
1 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic, peeled and chopped
43 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
14 1/2 Oz whole tomatoes
4 1/2 Oz diced green chilies
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp cumin
1/2 Tsp black pepper
2 cup(s) Roasted Turkey Breast, cooked
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Place dry beans and 8 cups water in a large soup pot over high heat.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside to soak for 1 hour or until tender.
Drain and rinse.
Add remaining ingredients, except for turkey and cilantro.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Add turkey and cook an additional 20 minutes or until beans are tender.
Garnish with cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
