Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb frozen ahi tuna steaks
1 Tsp vegetable oil
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 apple, diced
1/2 red onions, diced
1 cup(s) red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup(s) parsley, chopped
1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced

Thaw tuna steaks overnight in fridge.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and bring it up to temperature.
Season tuna with salt and pepper and sear 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
Rest steaks until cool enough to handle, then cut into small cubes.
Combine tuna with red bell pepper, apple, onion, cabbage, parsley and carrots.
Combine mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl and use to dress salad.
